John Campea called it the worst kept secret in Hollywood last summer.

Love most of it. Sad to see no Lando but perhaps it will mirror the OT in that Lando will appear in the SECOND part of the trilogy ;) Really excited to see Max Von Sydow and Andy Serkis involved!

Most importantly, I'm just glad to get it announced which means we are moving along!!!

Glad to see some of the new actors have serious acting chops. Star Wars needs better acting (watch Portman crying about Anakin breaking her heart in Ep 3. Always laugh when I watch that scene)

Considering how dire the CGI characters look in the PT now, here's hoping Andy Serkis's mo-cap acting helps deliver a decent CGI character (if that's what he's going to be used for).

I'm still bummed about no Lando, though. How can Billy Dee NOT be a part of this? I know he expressed interest in doing it. I hope JJ and Kasdan didn't snub him on purpose.

I still hold to the fact that just perhaps it will mirror the OT and Lando will appear in the second part of the trilogy!

Han dies in VII and his daughter needs some smuggler/conman help so let's go find Lando...

That's kinda what I'm expecting, with Lando showing up in Episode VIII. Apparently, Han has a gigantic role in Ep. VII, which might mean he buys it in some grand fashion. I would love to see him and Lando go out in a Butch and Sundance fashion.

I wonder if the rumors of Lupita Nyongo playing Asajj Ventress are true. I like Gwendoline in Game of Thrones, so I'm sort of excited about her. She's pretty tall at 6'3", so there's talk of her playing Chewie's wife out on the internets... personally, I'd like to see her as a Jedi Knight.
