Star Trek: Enterprise

....just started watching. Aside from the really awful intro song.... why wasn't this more acclaimed? holy shit I love this series. Currently just finished the first half of season one.

You know, I actually started watching this a couple of months ago, got through the first few episodes and mostly enjoyed them. I think the series tried too hard though and was overwrought as a result. I'm thinking of the Sluggo episode to be precise. But I found myself more drawn to it than the first few episodes of Voyager. As for the intro song, it's no more cheesy or ridiculous than the one for Firefly.
If you ever have the chance for redemption, take it. Without hesitation.

I didn't care much for the Xindi or the temporal cold war, but I loved the episodes dealing with the tensions between the Andorians and the Vulcans. It's too bad ENT didn't get another season, they were planning on making Shran a regular member of the cast.

Using an 80s song vs a written song :p

I did feel they were going for a Firefly kind of vibe with the show, though.
